General Shipping

1. Orders ship Monday-Friday out of our place
2. Orders normally takes out 4-7 business days for shipment from our place since we don’t stock our products and it’s freshly made only when we receive an order from you.
3. An email with tracking information will be sent once an order has been shipped
4. “Nutrii Bowl” provides customers free standard shipping for orders over Rs 2000/-
5. Multiple orders placed on the same day cannot be combined. Call us to combine it.
6. Unfortunately, we cannot split up an order and ship to multiple locations. If you wish to send items to different locations, you will need to place a separate order for each shipping address.
7. Unfortunately, we do not have the ability to change the shipping address once an order goes into processing.
8. For now, only the Standard shipping option is currently eligible to Ship our products. If you need your order quicker, we recommend shipping to your address using non- postal courier service, which you need to pay the extra shipping cost.
9. If your item is damaged in transit, please contact us and we will assist you with a return or replacement. Please see our Returns Policy for more information.
10. However, the replacement shall not be given if the buyer simply does not like the item or for any other reason. In any case, shall not entertain any complaints after seven days, once the order is delivered.

1. We accept returns within 10 days for the reasons only if the product(s) arrived damaged or defective.
2. All return(s) must be accompanied by the packing slip/shipping receipt and in original condition including tags, booklets, and labels.
3. It is preferred that customers use the same shipping box in which the items arrived.


1. Refund will be issued only to original payment method and it’s applicable only for damaged or defective items you received.
2. 30% restocking fee will apply to some returns.
3. You will be responsible for return shipping costs of non-defective merchandise.
4. Shipping Expenses are non-refundable unless the return is a result of a manufacturing defect or our shipping error.

Canceled orders or Address errors

1. Canceled orders must be called within 8 hours of an successful order submission.
2. We do not accept emails as a way of canceling orders.
3. For any refused package or any returns to “Nutrii Bowl” due to incorrect address, action, inaction or absence of the recipient, the full amount of your purchase is non- refundable, less any shipping charges, processing fees, and a 30% restocking fee.

Refunds (if applicable)

1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
2. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first chec k your bank account again. Firstly, contact your bank or credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please call us, we try our best to resolve the problem.
